Bulk Handling Equipment > Trough belt conveyors

NIS designed belt conveyors based on ISO-5048:1989 calculations and local preferences

The steps of belt conveyor design start from defining constrains, deciding suitable design parameters and finally carrying out design procedures. Constrains are . conveyed material characteristics, the general layout of the project, other equipment related to the conveyor layout , the location of both feeding and discharge points & etc .are the factors influencing the design of the belt conveyor

We have the capability to deliver a numerous types of belt conveyors which are vital & essential systems in most of the operating plants

Going through the:
Small Feeders
Long Belt Conveyors
Swirl Conveyors
Movable Conveyors
Reversible Conveyors
Mobile Conveyors

NIS carries out all o the belt conveyors sizes based on ISO standards.

Bulk Handling Equipment > Drag chains

NIS designed chain conveyors based on ISO-7189:1983 calculations and local preferences

Chain conveyor is used for continuous transportation of bulk materials along vertical plane paths without side turns utilizing its main advantage which is hot materials transportation compromising different discharge points along the conveyor path.

The steps of Drag chain design start from defining constrains, deciding suitable design parameters and finally carrying out design procedures.

Conveying hot materials with the possibility of different discharge points inclined at different elevated slopes makes the drag chain the best application

NIS design Drag chains into two main types
Single chain
Double chain
Single chain Double chain

NIS carries out all of the drag chains sizes based on ISO standards

Bulk Handling Equipment > Air Slides

NIS designed air slides based on ISO-2326: 1979 calculations and local preferences

Air slide is an inclined duct divided horizontally into two unequal parts by means of fabric partition. Air is blown in the lower part and passes through the fabric which makes the material flows.

Air slide design is based on the principle of fluidization.

Fluidization reduces the angle of material flow, this can happen when air is introduced into powder material; therefore the material could be conveyed at about 5?or 6?or more.

An elbow connection is used to change the direction of the air slide to the desired one.

Bulk Handling Equipment > Screw Conveyors

NIS designed screw conveyors based on ISO-7199:1981 calculations and local preferences

Screws are used for handling of granular or powder bulk can be fed with material at any point and discharge can take place at its open end or along its length the conveyor may have several discharges by using sliding gates to open and close as required to avoid blockage, the outlet openings should be at least of the same cross sectional area of the screw itself.

Bulk Handling Equipment > Bucket elevators (chain & belt)

NIS designed bucket elevators based on ISO-5057:1981 calculations and local preferences.

Used to for transportation of bulk material in vertical path Lift material without intermediate loading or unloading

Classification:
1) Conveying element:
a- belt bucket: used to achieve grater elevating heights up to 180 m, less noise, lower maintenance cost, higher speed
b- chain bucket: only type which can be used for handling of hot materials, suitable for heavy loads, noisy
2) methods of unloading:
Centrifugal discharge
Continuous discharge
Positive discharge
